A relaxing full body massage, all in one hour! Before the session starts, there will be a consultation from provided for you to fill in and for me to get to know you, any and all contra-indications will be taken into account and the massage will be tailored accordingly. I will massage the front and back of your legs and your feet, the whole of your back, both arms and hands, pectorals, neck, face and scalp (It doesn’t matter if your bald or have a full head of hair, the scalp massage is just as effective).

30 minute Massage will be focussed on any particular area of need, such as the back, if there are pains in your upper back, then I can massage the whole of your back. Another example, if there is pain in your legs, then I can target your legs and feet.
